			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Blackberry users were outraged yesterday on the 10th of October at around 11AM when the blackberry network went down and left millions of users frustrated as they were unable to use there E-mailing, instant messaging and internet services. This has happened before on blackberry so users have said but not on such a large scale and not for as long as this as it was reported that users did not get there services back until late hours of the night. It is believed that the RIM&#8217;s data centre had encountered sever problems that caused the services to go down.</p>
